This is a charity organized by the good folks at Penny-Arcade which allows you to purchase toys, games, and movies for hospitalized children. When you imagine how difficult it must be for a child to be in a hospital bed on Christmas morning, instead of rushing to the tree to see if Santa has come, it's easy to see how far your purchase will go to brighten their holiday. You even get to choose which hospital gets your gift from an extensive list, so you can pick one in your area.
